How it works

    Choose your dates

    Minimum stay is two nights, three over a public holiday.

    We hold the house for 24 hours

    No card details are taken while a hold is in place.

  3. 3

    Confirm with a deposit

    A 20% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancel more than 14 days before arrival and the deposit is refunded in full. Inside 14 days we refund whatever we manage to re-let, and we will tell you either way within two working days.

Taxes and local charges

Prices include VAT where it applies. City tourist tax is collected at the property and is not included in the price shown.
